Psychological Evaluations and Treatment

Diagnostic Psychological evaluations performed by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Developmental Psychologist. These evaluations are designed to assess whether an   individual appears to have symptoms of any specific psychological diagnoses. An evaluation may also describe or explain the general psychological adjustment problems  being  presented by an individual, in an effort to understand the individual's behavior. Identifying specific problems is a necessary step in the development of a treatment plan and determining what type of treatment is most likely to be most beneficial. Ongoing services are available under the direction of one of our Psychologists by one of our experienced Licensed Professional Counselors or Licensed Clinical Social Workers.

Mental Health Counseling/Social Work

Once a Diagnostic Evaluation has been completed, one of our Counselors or Social Workers will develop an individual service plan to provide support and meet the needs of the children, adolescents, young adults and/or their families.  After reviewing medical, educational, and social/emotional issues, strengths and needs are identified and incorporated into each patient’s individualized plan of care. Treatment goals are addressed with a multidisciplinary approach which allows for both individual and family needs to be met.
